Streaks, achievements, session history, mood trends
The Stats page is your breathing dashboard. It shows your total sessions and minutes, current and longest streaks, achievement progress, weekly trends, a sunburst chart breaking down sessions by space and routine, your active challenge, and a link to your journal. Oxy appears at the top with a mood that reflects your current streak.

Oxy & Motivation
At the top of the Stats page, Oxy appears at large size with a breathing animation. Oxy's mood changes based on your current streak:
- 7+ day streak: Celebratory mood with the message "Amazing streak! Keep breathing!"
- 3-6 day streak: Encouraging mood with "Good job. Keep breathing."
- Under 3 days: Gentle mood with "Every breath counts. Keep going!"
Quick Stats Cards
Three cards below Oxy show your key metrics at a glance:
- Total Sessions: The total number of completed breathing sessions (lungs icon, teal)
- Total Minutes: Cumulative minutes of breathing practice across all sessions (clock icon, teal)
- Best Streak: Your longest-ever consecutive day streak (trophy icon, orange)
Achievements
The achievements section shows a circular progress ring with your completion percentage, the count of unlocked achievements, and your most recently earned achievement with a "NEW" badge. Tap "View All" to see the full achievements page.
Free Achievements (9)
Free users see progress toward 9 achievements:
- First Breath: Complete 1 session
- Getting Started: Complete 5 sessions
- Dedicated Breather: Complete 25 sessions
- Week Warrior: Reach a 7-day streak
- Ten Minutes of Calm: Accumulate 10 total minutes
- Hour of Peace: Accumulate 60 total minutes
- Curious Mind: Try 3 different breathing templates
- Early Bird: Complete a session before 7 AM
- Night Owl: Complete a session after 10 PM
Pro Achievements (25+) PRO
Pro members unlock the full achievement library with 25+ additional achievements including:
- Streak milestones: Fortnight Focus (14 days), Monthly Master (30 days), Streak Legend (100 days, secret)
- Session milestones: Half Century (50), Centurion (100), Breathing Master (500, secret)
- Template variety: Explorer (5 templates), Technique Collector (10), Pattern Master (20, secret)
- Duration milestones: Half Day Hero (12 hours total), Day of Breath (24 hours, secret)
- Special: Weekend Warrior, Iron Lungs (10+ min session), Consistent Improver (5 consecutive mood improvements)
- Insight achievements: 11+ Pro-only achievements tied to mood tracking and analytics

Weekly Streak
The streak section shows your current consecutive days with a fire icon and a large bold number. Below the count:
- Milestone tracker: Shows how many days until your next milestone (7, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 100, 180, or 365 days)
- Week progress: 7 day circles (S, M, T, W, T, F, S) showing which days you've practiced this week - filled teal for completed, outlined for not yet done, with a glow on today's circle
Your streak stays active as long as you practiced today or yesterday. If you miss two consecutive days, the streak resets to zero.
Monthly Trends
A bar chart shows your breathing minutes across 6 weeks. Use the period selector buttons (Week 1 through Week 6) to highlight a specific week. Each bar's height represents total minutes breathed that week, with rounded corners and teal coloring for the selected period.
Tap "More data..." to expand the advanced stats section, or "Hide details" to collapse it.
Session Breakdown (Sunburst Chart)
The advanced stats section contains a sunburst chart that visualizes your sessions grouped by space and routine:
- Inner ring: Breathing Spaces (Focus, Calm, Sleep, Energy, Anxiety Relief, Recovery, Morning Ritual, Meditation, Creativity, Confidence, Pre-Workout, Post-Meal) - each color-coded to its space color
- Outer ring: Individual routines within each space, showing which specific patterns you practice most
- Legend: A dual-column color legend identifying each space segment
The chart only appears once you have sessions with space assignments. If you haven't started yet, a message invites you to explore spaces.

Challenges
The Stats page includes a challenges preview section with a "See all" link. If you have an active challenge, it shows:
- The challenge icon and name with an "Active" badge
- Challenge description and color-coded progress bar
- Progress text showing current / target (e.g. "3 / 7")
If no challenge is active, an invitation card with a flag icon reads "Ready for a Challenge?" and links to the full Challenges page.
Journal
A card at the bottom links to your Journal with the message "Track your mood and energy levels. Add personal notes and reflections to your breathing sessions." Tap it to open the full journal.
Sign-In Banner
If you're not signed in, a banner appears with a cloud sync icon: "Your progress is saved locally. Sign in to sync across all your devices." The "Sign In" button navigates to your Account page. Once signed in, your stats, streaks, achievements, and session history sync across devices via Cloud Sync.
Free vs Pro
Stats is available to all users. Pro members unlock additional analytics:
- Session history: Free users see the last 7 days; Pro members see unlimited history
- Achievements: Free users have 9 achievements; Pro members unlock 34+ achievements including secret ones
- Mood tracking data: Pro members see mood trends, energy changes, stress reduction, and template effectiveness analytics
- Challenges: Free users get basic daily/weekly challenges; Pro unlocks all types including streak, duration, variety, and special challenges
- Sunburst chart: Shows detailed breakdown for Pro users with sufficient session data
